Qualifications:
Active PMHNP Florida License PMHNP Experience (preferred) Able to Pass AHCA Level 2 Screening 4 Verifiable Employment Peer References Excellent verbal & written communication and computer skills (Required) Must be organized, efficient and a good team player.
Job Description:
Conduct psychiatric assessments, screening protocols, make psychiatric medication recommendations, and attend/participate in GDR/Psychotropic Meetings monthly.
Order and interpret appropriate labs.
Receive and respond to calls from facilities assigned to you.
No formal on-call duty but should be available to answer the phone after hours and weekends as appropriate.
Round on patients, collaborating with family & staff as appropriate.
Complete documentation and notes timely.
Meet productivity and encounter requirements daily.
Job Hours:
Monday through Friday.
