The Detail Team Leader will be hands on with the detail team and will oversee and ensure production goals while also assisting with vehicle washing, nibbing, sanding, and buffing.
This person will be a direct report to the production manager.
This person must be able to lead a small crew and be able to overcome challenges while maintaining a positive attitude and contribute to the team's culture.
Job Description:
Vacuum and clean interior of each vehicle, including cleaning the windows Visually inspect every vehicle for flaws in the repaired area(s) Performs complete detail after vehicle repairs have been completed Organize and maintain the inventory of detail department supplies Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair Must have a positive mindset Job Type:
