Position
Summary:
Under the direction of the Operations Leadership team, this person provides a broad range of administrative support functions to senior management that require strong communication and computer technical skills in support of Applebrook Homes, LLC operations.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Provides a broad range of administrative support functions for the operations management team which include coordinating office communications, workflows and processing of licenses and permits, as well as DBA renewals.
Coordinates, maintains, and creates various events, schedules, and calendars.
Conduct credit, eviction and criminal background checks for tenants and employees (as needed).
Serves as a primary point of contact for office communications.
Prioritizes, composes, and disseminates written and oral information to personnel, guests, and other internal and external customers.
Coordinates facilities requests and organizational needs; conducts research and analytical activities involving the gathering of background material and data in support of projects.
Compiles, composes, edits, produces, and distributes a variety of documents including, but not limited to, detailed memos, e-mails, correspondence, reports, and other communications as needed.
Must be able to read legal documents and law for purposes of evictions and rule enforcement.
Must take initiative and be confident to train and instruct managers to implement Adobe Sign and digitize legal documents.
Maintains confidential files and records for assigned area of responsibility.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Proficient written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, complete tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks.
Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
Leadership ability to manage challenges.
Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
Strong time management skills and excellent customer service.
Education & Experience HS Diploma; AD in Business Administration preferred.
3-5 years office management experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and Adobe Sign.
