Responsibilities Speak with owners that call after 30days from the date of purchase Answer owner questions, book reservations, take payments and all tasks related to the 5 star standard Provide service to owner requests within the departmental guidelines Maintain appropriate departmental logs, CSD, MR, etc.
Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent required; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Training Schedule:
