As a Front Desk Agent with Westgate Resorts, you will be part of an award-winning brand! As a Front Desk Agent, you will efficiently check guests into and out of the resort by performing the following duties, in addition to offering impeccable customer service.
Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests, issuing room keys Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
Computes bills, collects payments, and makes changes for guests.
Ability to listen to and find solutions for guests' challenges To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English conversationally.

Must be to lift to 15lbs Must be able to stand for long periods of time High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
