Overview:
This is a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
Core responsibility in ensuring self-insurance claim data reporting is produced error-free and timely in addition to analyzing, reviewing, and enhancing existing processes to fulfill evolving state requirements.
Other essential tasks may include; reviewing existing processes to determine opportunities for building efficiencies and streamlining processes, supporting service center team, coordinating claim data issues, handling state and client inquiries, and providing assistance to internal personnel upon request for related departmental responsibilities
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree; 3 years related experience.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe Professional, and Power Point.
Preferred:
Working knowledge of Access, SharePoint, WebEx, and database development.
Behaviors:
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret customer needs and handle to conclusion.
Ability to work independently and establish priorities.
