comSUMMARYThe Sales Order Analyst is the support resource for our customers, partners and Commercial sales team.
They are responsible for working collaboratively with the sales team as a technical advisor and Commercial/ product advocate.
The Sales Order Analyst must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all Commercial and HVAC technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Sales Order Analyst Order entry and engaging in order/project management for Commercial Sales Provide post-sales support to Internal and External customers Track shipments and logistics to customer job sites on the sale of commercial equipment Interfacing with other departments, the manufacturer as well as the customer on outstanding orders to ensure accurate processing of open PO orders based on commercial project Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous service for all customers including walk-in and telephone Requirements:
Sales Order Analyst High School diploma or equivalent with three (3) years' experience AA/AS degree with 2 years' experience preferred 2-3 years' experience in sales, project management or customer service Excellent customer service skills; good computer skills required (Microsoft applications)
Qualifications:
Sales Order Analyst Our Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is desired.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Solid problem-solving abilities with the competence to make recommendations Full-time and Part-time positions are available.
