Health Equity Program Coordinator

Nemours is seeking a Health Equity Program Coordinator to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Orlando, FL.
Primary Functions:
The Program Coordinator provides day-to day logistical, research and administrative support for various ongoing and the development of new projects and activities.
Activities include:
o Plans and coordinates special events, including lectures, workshops, seminars, and meetings.
o Develops, maintains, and oversees timelines for all special projects, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
o Works with the communications/marketing associate to ensure appropriate pre-and post-event outreach and dissemination.
o Serves as the liaison to internal offices, technical staff, and external organizations.
o Assists in the maintenance and expansion of the contacts database.

This role shall be filled with someone who is passionate about children's health equity.
Essential Functions 1.
Provide logistical and administrative support to include scheduling and organizing trainings and events; maintaining departmental documentation; project tracking; meeting minutes; meeting time management; and applicable meeting logistics (i.
e.
technology).

Produce high quality, timely deliverables, and work products in support of the Ginsburg Institute strategic priorities, such as slide presentations, data analysis and insights, and stakeholder communications such as the monthly events calendar.

Design communication materials (graphics, flyers, or brochures) initiatives in collaboration with MarComm team as directed.
4.
Collaborate frequently with both clinical and non-clinical associates across the organization in supporting effective communication, project management, program evaluation.
5.
Participate in local events with external partners that help advance Health Equity initiatives in central Florida.
6.
Perform appropriate duties and tasks as assigned by Ginsburg Institute for Health Equity leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Associates degree and 3 plus years of experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
Minimum one (1) to three (3) years program coordinator related experience required.
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, MS Teams Live Event and PowerPoint required.
Organizational and project management experience with ability to develop and track timelines to completion required.
Experience developing and disseminating high quality communications and materials internally and externally required.
Excellent oral and written communications skills; excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
Subject matter knowledge in population health, public health, health equity, workplace equity, or diversity, equity and inclusion preferred commensurate with assigned primary team Recommended Skills Administration Clinical Works Communication Coordinating Data Analysis Databases Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
