Perform general clerical duties including:
Staying organized and able to disseminate information to staff and clients.
Managing and completing paperwork in a timely manner while saving, organizing and retrieving hard copy and electronic files as necessary MUST BE Computer Literate:
Internet, mail, and e-mail.
Familiar with Windows Office Suite:
Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Internet Explorer, and QuickBooks or other programs.
Assist with HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling May also be asked to purchase equipment and supplies, correspond with vendors and oversee supplies Answer office phone and assist clients Schedule Meetings and handle daily routing Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1.
Computer literate AND INTERNET SAVVY.
2.
Excellent sentence structure for writing company correspondence along with analytical and problemsolving skills.
3.
Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
4.
Ability to professionally communicate effectively.
5.
Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, calculators, scanners copiers and facsimile machines.
6.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
7.

Qualifications:
1.
At least one (1) year experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
2.
Must be computer literate.
3.
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.

Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of bookkeeping.
