Responsibilities Central Florida Behavioral Hospital is a 174-bed, private psychiatric center located in Orlando, FL.
Central Florida Behavioral Hospital offers a full continuum of care including inpatient treatment services for children, adolescents and adults; and partial hospitalization, intensive out-patient and ECT services for adults.
We are now seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The Maintenance Tech position entails Perform scheduled prevantative maintenance tasks in accordance with departmental procedures; Complete weekly inventory of maintenance items for all trades; Checks lighting in and around the buildings, makes repairs as necessary; Maintains 100% adherance to department inspection schedules and procedures; Completes work orders Qualifications The successful candidate for the Maintenance Tech should have:
High School diploma, or equivalent; Trade or vocational school preferred; Basic knowledge of facility maintence, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, commercial door hardward and landscape maintenance The Maintenance Tech opportunity offers:
