Experience in:
Word Excel Outlook Familiar accounting software (Skyline preferred)
Job Description:
Actively pursue any rents for all properties not received by the 10th of the month.
Prepare demand notices when necessary.
Copy rent deposit checks for each tenant.
Prepare bank deposits if needed.
Delivering bank deposits if needed.
Input accounts payable for all properties.
Match accounts payable checks with invoices and verify proper payment by correct property.
Filing of accountants receivable records.
Maintain Tenant Insurance records/certificates.
Maintain vendor insurance records/certificates and 1099/W-9 information.
Mailing tenant invoices/notices.
File sales/use tax with State of Florida.
Occasionally enter new tenants into Outlook.
Send leases/addendums to owners for signature and send executed leases to tenants.
Prepare items for mailing and code postage charges to various properties.
Bilingual is a plus!! Job is located in Orlando.
