Provide first-line application support for our customer base - You are the face of Oracle Support Log, manage, troubleshoot, and analyze support requests in the appropriate systems and ensure that the appropriate follow-up is performed within the published or agreed timelines Contribute to knowledge by actively commenting and providing feedback on KM articles.
May reproduce technical issues that customers report in a test environment in order to troubleshoot & resolve Carry out other duties as reasonably requested by your leadership We like to see:
Customer Focus - the ability to empathize with customers to deliver phenomenal customer service Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good interpersonal skills and a team player - able to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills We love to see:
Some professional IT experience Preference for troubleshooting and solving problems rather than plug-and-play solutions Network+, CompTIA A+, Cisco, or related certifications are a big plus SQL knowledge preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
