Responsibilities:
Performs one or more clerical/secretarial tasks for one or more persons on the unit.
Answers phone calls, routes callers, takes messages and provides routine information to callers.
Demonstrates telephone etiquette, communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately.
Works in collaboration with the Perioperative Control Desk Liaison to coordinate the surgery case flow activities of the control desk.
Communicates pertinent information to multi-disciplinary departments regarding but not limited to patient care issues and changes and/or requests for changes to the daily schedule.
Responsible for maintaining and accurately documenting blood products in the Blood Bank Log book.
Able to function independently through self-direction and personal accountability for work practices and responsiveness to patient, surgeon, staff and department/facility needs.
Qualifications:
Education/Training High school diploma or equivalent.
Licensure/Certification None.
Experience Six (6) months (180 days) of previous clinical experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
