Orlando, FL Orlando, FL Full-time Full-time $17 - $20 an hour $17 - $20 an hour The Laborer performs all task with the Gas operation, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
The role performs a variety of functions with manual labor tasks, as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Clean and prepare job site Load and deliver materials Use a variety of tools and machines, such as power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers and water spraying equipment Set up and take down ladders, install shoring equipment, steel plates and assist pipefitters and crew leaders.
High school diploma or GED - Preferred Vocational training in a trade - Preferred Experience o 1 year of experience in the inside and/or outside gas contracting sector - Preferred Skilled with various hand and power tools Required o Knowledge of gas lines Required Licenses and Certifications OQs Certification Knowledge and Skills o Understands how to use hand and power tools Use company radio Make decisions in an emergency situation Meet DOT hearing requirements Work in cramped environments, stoop, kneel, lift and crouch Communicate with customers, when required, to get job information o Manage basic job scheduling and work with some degree of latitude Job Type:
