Customer Service Representatives will deliver excellent customer care and create sustainable value for customers via phone, email, chat, and correspondence.
Requirements:
1 year of previous customer service experience in a call center environment Fluent in Spanish and English Proficient in computer navigation and keyboard/data entry skills Proficient in Microsoft Office High school diploma or equivalent Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Dependable, accurate and detail oriented Must have an existing landline or be willing to have a landline installed prior to training Position:
