Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for managing all overall Ride & Show Engineering project documentation as well as the overall administrative/document controls functions that are critical to the development and delivery of large multi-faceted themed attractions.
Ensure all documentation is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Oversight of the delivery of all related project development documentation to include accurate and timely entry of Ride & Show action items, project related processes, transmittals, submittals, notifications, and tracking systems for the Ride & Show New Attractions team MAJOR
Responsibilities:
Manages various action items or processes.
This includes, but is not limited to transmittals, submittals and notifications from the associated project team.
Manage documentation, correspondence, spreadsheets, and daily reports.
Completes regular quality checks of all deliverables.
Initiates and manages Close-Out documentation based on established policies and procedures.
Performs quality, assurance, and timely turnover of all vendor documentation for the creation of job plans, spare part requests, and training material.
Works directly with project Responsible Individuals (RI) and Project Coordinators from the associated projects on compliance management.
Tracks delivery of documentation and reports regularly on status updates to Technical Services Management on all project related deliverables.
Coordinate with Technical Services Document Control to ensure all transmittals are delivered and entered in a timely manner.
Responsible for identifying ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the project documentation process which is critical to maintaining the project schedule.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High school degree or GED is required.
Associates degree in general education or project management preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Technical related field is preferred.
Experience:
3
years of relevant experience in a records management position is required.
2
years of experience supporting engineering and/or construction project teams in records management services is preferred.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Produces and provides correspondence and coordination between Technical Services Ride & Show and associated Project Teams.
Ensures the distribution of all fully integrated information and documentation across various UO divisions involved in the associated project.
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the construction field.
Strong and effective communicator, both verbally and written, with ability to interface with various departments of the company, as well as outside vendors and contractors Possess good organizational, analytical and problem-solving ability.
Detail oriented with proven ability to orchestrate and execute multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment using resources effectively and efficiently.
Represent the company at all times with high moral and ethical conduct.
Proven ability to work independently with little to no direction and maintain a strong focus on business priorities, being persistent in follow-through.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
