EWI are looking for someone who shares the same interest in the environment to join as a Recruitment Consultant in the Environmental sector.
About the role:
A recruitment consultant is tasked with the very important role of finding top talent and staffing solutions for our business partners and clients through channels such as talent search, Linkedin, Job boards, Referrals and recommendations as well as building strong lasting relationships with existing customers and developing relationships with new businesses.
The role of a recruiter is to represent both the candidate and client to find solutions that create a successful partnership and are therefore instrumental to the growth of our clients.
Identifying and developing client/business relationships Attracting talent and maintaining a candidate database Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond Sales and KPI driven not HR related About you:
A recruitment consultant should be passionate about people and have the ability to engage potential candidates and clients over the telephone and in person, a successful recruiter will hold themselves with high regard and work with honesty and integrity to the best possible standard.
A recruiter will have a strong sales background or a genuine interest in a sales and target driven environment with a work ethic that goes above and beyond to do whatever it takes to meet targets all whist maintaining high standards and integrity.
Compensation:
Entry level/ Graduate:
Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission earnings (Year 1 potential $70k+) Healthcare, Vision, Dental and Commuter Benefits Career training and professional development with a set promotion criteria all the way up to VP Level Job Type:
