Build strong relationships with consumers and retail partners Engage with potential customers via face-to-face interactions at in-store promotional events Execute Nationwide marketing campaigns and provide feedback Setup/tear down promotional tabling events Troubleshoot technology glitches when necessary Collaborate with Moocho Corporate Marketing to increase customer acquisition and drive growth What Do I Need to Be Successful? Below are some of the traits and qualifications of a successful Marketing Associate:
Previous sales, promotional marketing or direct customer service experience Excellent communication and people skills - this role is 100% face to face interaction Highly motivated, passion for sales and positive mindset - tenacity and resiliency are key! Eager to learn and grow Team player mentality, but also works well independently Able to dedicate 35 hours/week on average to the role Bachelor's degree a plus, but not required Compensation $20/hr
commission.
Our average Marketing Associates make $30/hr, while our top performing make $50/hr.
