is seeking an Immigration Compliance Coordinator to assist with processing visa documentation to support both the Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Cruise Line.
This involves accurate data entry into multiple case management systems.
This position requires attention to detail while handling confidential information.
Multitasking and working independently are crucial to this role.

Responsibilities:
Accurately input International Program Participants data into the immigration tracking system and U.
S.
government systems as required by program Track and monitor International Program Participant compliance with visa requirements Partner with International Recruitment, Operating Participant Companies, Programs Administrative Services, and Flamingo Crossings Village to verify accurate information for all participants Check participant immigration status documents Assist Crew Members with visa documentation based on their intended port of embark Communicate with US Embassies to confirm employment when necessary Handle confidential and sensitive information, remembering that The Walt Disney Company is a publicly traded company Please note this position has limited Guest/Cast interaction Basic
Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Office products Able to perform computer data input tasks for extended periods of time Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information Task oriented with attention to detail Be able to follow verbal and written instructions including established Standard Operating Procedures Ability to multi-task and prioritize workstreams Work independently, problem solve and use critical and forward thinking Ability to work as a team player Due to government regulations relating to the visa programs the department oversees, must be a U.
S.
citizen or US Legal Permanent Resident Required Education:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
