A successful candidate must be people-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to educate clients and the community, have a friendly personality and be hard working! Knowledge of local healthcare resources is required.
Platinum Benefit Services qualifies clients who are over assets for Florida's Long-Term Care Medicaid program.
Our mission is to help our clients navigate through this difficult process.
Our goal is to implement asset protection, at the instruction of an attorney, to obtain approval for maximum LTC Medicaid benefits.
Responsibilities:
Self motivated and able to self manage.
Grow existing business in community, and identify and develop new opportunities for referrals Educate and inform clients/ families/ facilities/ community on Long-Term Care Medicaid Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing in your community Assist in and plan marketing activities in various areas (in-person, community events and trade shows, after hours events, etc.
) Collaborate with other marketing professionals, in community and own agency Be readily available to clients and community referrals to answer questions and assist as able
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer services skills Proficient in technology Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Comfort with multi-tasking referrals and marketing events Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities The appropriate candidate can be trained in Medicaid and can learn to market to their community.
The most important characteristics is the ability and willingness to build and maintain numerous and ongoing relationships with referral sources in the community.
This includes being able to market in-person, speak to everyone about Platinum Benefit Services, to build rapport and maintain trust.
The successful candidate's primary responsibility is to obtain new referrals (and maintain relationships with referral sources) by being available, trustworthy, and dedicated to our community, as well as being able to educate and explain options to clients and the community.
This is a perfect position for a social worker, or those with admissions or business office experience in a facility, who have contacts in the healthcare community but are ready for a new role.
