Summary:
The Disney Parks, Experiences and Products - Technology & Digital organization is looking for a Lead Product Manager to focus on critical initiatives within the Domestic Parks & Resorts portfolio.
Reporting into the Manager, Technology, together we will build visions and scope, identify costs, and write impact summaries.
We will initially focus on the Walt Disney World Contact Center transformation initiative as well as the company wide implementation of a CRM and personalization engine.
You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, requirements, value, and priorities for those initiatives.
You will provide collaborative leadership and partnership with the Commercial Strategy teams, Technology & Digital Platform teams, and third party vendors to align, frame, and lead strategic visions and possible solutions.
Combine your organizational skills with brainstorming and storytelling in this role! You Will Translate concepts and ideas into tangible scope items with clear objectives and priorities Identify and leverage insights from research, focus groups, and analytics sources for data-driven analysis, prioritization, and discussions Serve as a Technology & Digital leader and business point of contact by maintaining communication and representing them during third party and technology-focused discussions.
You Have 6
years working in technology within any industry, ideally within delivery and/or product management roles within a large and matrix organization Leadership in customer-centric vision building and requirements gathering Comfortability working in-person across multiple site locations within the city of Orlando Experience with Contact Centers and/or CRM is a plus Education Bachelor's degree or equal experience required.
The following degrees or certifications are an added bonus:
Project or Product Manager, Delivery Methodologies (any type), Design Thinking, Business or Leadership (any type).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
