1 hour ago Full Job Description POSITION SUMMARY- Manufacturing Technician- Integration (L2) Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor or other qualified Operations staff, perform a wide variety of tasks and operations that are required to assemble and test Medical Device subassemblies in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and assemble all production equipment, as required.
Assist engineers on projects, repairs, and installations, as necessary.
All operations will be carried out in compliance with GMPs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), BOMs, and other LENSAR standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assemble and test components and subassemblies in compliance to set procedural guidelines, training, and timelines.
Complete final acceptance testing including safety testing of final product, troubleshooting of issues, failure analysis of non-conforming product and participate in special projects as required.
Maintain (calibration & preventative maintenance) and assemble all production equipment and tooling, as required.
Complete relevant paperwork following GMP guidelines and applicable training.
Assist in developing methods and procedures to control, improve, or modify the manufacturing process.
Contribute to revisions of pertinent documentation, as appropriate.
Prior to start-up, during processing, and at the completion of the manufacturing process, perform all documentation and clerical functions to provide the proper accountability and traceability of components and finished products.
Assist in training new technicians, as necessary.
Perform cleaning/ housekeeping duties, as well as other collateral duties as assigned/required.

Required:
Proficiency in the English language - reading, writing, and communication.
Must be able to successfully pass all job-related tests and certifications required for working in a GMP, quality environment including but not limited to inspections and GMP requirements to perform essential functions of the job.
Must re-qualify every year on all job-related tests and certifications as responsibilities or qualifications require.
High school diploma (or equivalent) and Associates Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Technology (or equivalent experience and technical knowledge, as assessed by the interviewing panel).
Computer literate, including ability to interface with computer systems.
Experience working with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel), navigating through web pages and e-mail.
Must possess basic typing skills.
Ability to work overtime and travel as needed.
Ability to read and follow manufacturing work instructions and other product related documentation (schematics/mechanical drawings).
Experience with test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, DVMs, curing systems, soldering tools, and basic hand tools.
Minimum of 3 years (within the last 7 years) experience in assembly of/for complex device and/or equipment in a regulated environment.
Target industries include DoD, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biomedical, electronic, laser, and/or other medical industries.
Candidates with less than 3 years can also be considered if they show demonstrated proficiency in LENSAR or other comparable complex technology and a good understanding of complex manufacturing integration processes.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
