Responsibilities:
Evaluate small company clients' requirements to discover the best benefit choices for their companies.
Provide personalized benefits packages based on clients' goals, needs, and budgets.
Monitor changes in employee benefit policies and propose modifications as appropriate.
Track enrollments, claims payments, terminations, and renewals for benefit accounts.
Reply to client inquiries concerning benefits coverage or plans as soon as possible.
The annual salary is between $75,000 and $100,000.
A high school graduation or its equivalent is necessary, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Knowledge of the industry is useful but not required; we give training on our organization's goods and services.
Strong written and vocal communication abilities, as well as the ability to effectively explain complicated subjects in a language that clients can readily grasp.
In a fast-paced atmosphere, the ability to work independently while handling numerous projects at once is required.
