Job Requirements:
Orlando personal injury law firm is looking to fill a Pre-suit case manager.
This is a law firm that REALLY goes to trial (instead of just claiming it in television ads).
Therefore, actual pre-suit case management skills will be sought after.
Looking for a candidate who is comfortable working in a busy office environment in handling personal injury pre-suit matters, including superior customer service.
Must have strong computer skills, pre-suit case management experience, people skills and the ability to learn software applications quickly (Experience with Prevail and Word preferred but not mandatory).
Careful attention to detail is very, very critical.
Must be highly organized.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to effectively prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously are mandatory.
The successful candidate must consistently follow through and follow-up, have a positive attitude, have a professional appearance and a smiling face, be self-motivated and a self-starter, be punctual and productive, and must be 100% committed to providing top-notch service to our clients.
Fluent in both English and Spanish is welcomed but not mandatory.
Hours are Mon-Fri, 8:

m.
Salary commensurate with experience, but likely to start at $35-40K/year with the ability to make more with time and in bonuses.
