Speaking Spanish is REQUIRED Manage commercial project schedule (Forecasting all projects schedules in our master schedule
updating on a daily basis) Manage labor schedule (Assigning labor crews to specified projects & foreseeing gaps in crews schedules
potential overlaps) Communicate with Project Managers daily on project schedule updates to ensure our overall production schedule is accurate on a daily basis.
Communicate with labor crews on a daily basis to ensure they are on their scheduled jobs & getting updates on completion dates.
Oversee labor crew rosters
coordinate with Field Managers to ensure the correct crew and crew members are on the specified jobs.
Work to bring in new potential crews as needed.
Interview and vet new crews to ensure they're knowledgeable in all roofing systems Provide updated project and labor schedules weekly to the entire commercial team.
