Responsibilities:
We are looking for a driven, experienced Case Managers to work closely with our top notch litigators.
Managing and negotiating cases with insurance providers Effectively manage a full case load Oversee and manage a dedicated full time legal assistant Regular client communication is a priority Opening new files and making the initial client contact Organize and maintain case files, preparing files to be submitted to demand writers Obtain medical bills and records from providers and medically manage client care Verify insurance coverage, liability issues, and maintain contact with insurance company
Qualifications:

years of experience managing a heavy Personal Injury case load preferred 2
years of experience as an insurance adjuster preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment including Word and Outlook Excellent written and oral communication skills Highly focused and detailed-oriented with exceptional analytical skills High reliability, team oriented, professional demeanor Must be proactive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills Results oriented and excellent time management skills Ability to work under pressure and multi-task; self-motivated Ability to interact professionally with attorneys and support staff.
Strong sense of confidentiality and ability to exercise sound judgment.
This position is in a professional office setting, remote work is not available at this time Availability to work a 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday is required High School diploma or equivalent required Bilingual a Plus!.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
