7 Full-time 11 hours ago Full Job Description Under limited supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer, the Conference Strategy Manager will lead the development of the annual Nemours Children's Health (NCH) conference plan.
This position will implement strategies and creative tactics to boost brand awareness, engage conference attendees and generate leads for Nemours sponsored conferences, including but not limited to, professional organization meetings, educational seminars, webinars, symposia and thought leader conferences at the local, regional, national, and international levels.
While managing stakeholder relationships, the Manager will successfully oversee, plan, and execute conferences, meetings and events collaborating with internal stakeholders, support departments and vendors to strategically align with the Nemours Children's Health Preeminent Voice and Recognition Roadmap.
Bachelor's Degree and 10
years of marketing experience preferred; 2
years of direct report management.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
