Must be located in Tampa, Fort Meyers, Bonita Springs, or Orlando The Marketing Specialist is accountable for delivering on specific objectives as part of our Florida marketing strategy that drives revenue generation, profitability, brand consistency, and overall market growth.
This role will have the opportunity to support a wide variety of marketing projects to help with the growth and retention of our business throughout the state of Florida.
You'll also be connected to a national marketing team that supports 1000
employees, 35,000 clients and growing.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with senior marketing team members and business leadership team to support sales and retention consultants by planning events, developing insights, branded resources, digital strategies, and other marketing best practices.
Tasks and projects assigned include, but are not limited to:
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior marketing and business leadership team to support the enablement of sales and retention consultants with insights, branded resources, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal team members to create customized marketing collateral (flyers, presentations, custom videos, blog posts, white-paper, case studies, etc.
) Design, deploy and manage email campaigns to support our content-focused, drip marketing approach.
Support the execution of industry events (in-person, webinars, and customer advisory focus groups) where applicable, developing print collateral/website messaging, and executing marketing automation activities.
Leverage OneDigital digital marketing tech stack to support Florida and regional prospect and client digital marketing campaigns, including Terminus, Dynamics for Marketing, social media, website, and more; responsible for staying abreast of the latest tools, training and strategies for digital.
Works with senior regional marketers and OneDigital's corporate marketing team to develop the brand and voice of the market and ensure it is clearly articulated in local external and internal marketing messages Supports marketing activities for partnerships acquisition and onboarding within Florida Collaborates with regional marketing team to manage marketing in-take requests; develop and execute on requests, identify trends and areas of opportunity for standard materials in marketing library Engage with regional client and prospect marketing data; leverage data analytics to improve customer experience, innovation, and go-to-market strategy for new solutions; use marketing tools to track and analyze customer/prospect interaction data.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
Demonstrated experience planning marketing events Must be responsive and adaptable to fast-changing project decisions and requests; Ability to multi-task, think strategically and problem solve; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Must be self-motivated and disciplined; Comfort with technology and using online software to manage your work; Strong writing, editing, proofreading and interviewing skills are essential; Must be a confident communicator; Experience working with much of the following:
social, (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, FB, etc.
) digital, (Wordpress, enterprise-level email systems, CRM systems, Google Analytics) Demonstrated experience working with the following design platforms:
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint as well as one or more organizational platforms such as:
Planner, OneNote, Slack, Evernote and Microsoft Office; This position will require travel around Florida for in-person events, as well as occasional national or regional meetings.
This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of one-two days a week in the office, pending travel schedule and location.
Education, Training and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred; Minimum of three years prior marketing experience preferred.
Bonus points for experience in insurance, healthcare, hospitality, or finance related industries.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
