Responsibilities:
Analyze the needs of small business clients to determine the best benefits options for their organizations.
Develop customized benefits packages tailored to each client's goals, needs, and budget.
Monitor changes in laws related to employee benefits and recommend updates as needed.
Manage benefit accounts including tracking enrollments, claims payments, terminations, and renewals.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries about benefits coverage or plans.
Annual pay ranges from $75,000 to $100,000.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge of the industry is desirable but not necessary; we provide training on products and services offered by our organization.
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts in terms customers can understand easily.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
