Responsibilities:
Perform basic bookkeeping duties Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date Work with an executive to prepare for meetings and record minutes Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies Execute other tasks as assigned by executives like picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, etc.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion At least 2
