JOB
Summary:
This position is an integral part of the Corporate Partnership & Symphony Marketing team.
This candidate will be responsible for aiding the team through corporate partnership category research, developing departmental decks, and on-site corporate partner and symphony partnership marketing activations.
This candidate will be expected to demonstrate a desire to create improved and better outcomes through innovation and approaching tasks in new ways.
MAJOR
Responsibilities:
Corporate Partnership & Symphony Marketing - Support management in the development, implementation, and execution of:
Aid in the development and execution of strategic cross-marketing campaigns for Comcast/NBCU Symphony initiatives and major attraction launches at Universal Parks & Resorts.
Support management in the development of corporate partner promotions, on-site corporate partner activations/presence and contractual obligations.
Manage program timelines.
Create corporate partner, supplier and Symphony internal/external presentations, reports and post campaign recaps.
Distribute corporate partner hospitality benefits.
Monitor trends and provide industry and competitive research.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or other related field preferred.
Experience:

years of marketing or consumer promotions (internship experience will be considered).
Strong Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel Detail-oriented, organized, good follow through, able to multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Solid written and verbal communication skills required Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, etc.
