Job Description A Web Developer to design and develop interactive user interface that complement the enterprise applications by capturing projects specific data relevant to business units to effectively measure the projects performance. This web developer will work closely with the Business Intelligence Analysts to define the data structures and life cycle of the applications. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core company values:
Integrity Passion Work Ethic Essential Duties and Responsibilities Gather projects requirements by meeting with business stake holder and BI Analysts Develop responsive interactive Web Apps Interfaces that conform to industry design best practices such as modular design Work with end users to quickly implement small changes requested while making sure the application's codebase is properly maintained Implement software development methodologies to ensure proper software scaling and reusability. Perform user acceptance testing of application modules. Assist in development of end-to-end machine learning applications web connectors interface. Design application administration interface based on user roles. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years working in front-end technologies developing UIs using JavaScript, CSS, HTML and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular and jQuery Experience working on back-end logic to design and deploy reusable code by applying common design pattern Connecting to third party APIs Experience connecting to Oracle or MySQL database for storage and data retrieval Experience Developing responsive dynamic UI's Experience on code change tracking and versioning systems (GIT) Proficient in back-end languages like PHP, Java, Python or Node.js Education & Certifications Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in computer science and two years related experience or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills/Knowledge Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS and HTML and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular and jQuery Knowledge of server-side programming languages including PHP, .Net, Java or Python Strong knowledge with DBMS technology, including SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB and MySQL Basic design ability. Including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to visualize a proposed system and be able to build it Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent written and oral communication skills Additional Information Why Westgate? Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
