Director, Business Development

Zefr is seeking a Global Business Development Director, who will be responsible for growing Zefr's existing and future partnerships across agency holding companies, industry partners, and video platforms. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive indirect revenue growth and increase the enterprise value of Zefr's technology and products. He/she will operate as a trusted partner internally and externally to all key stakeholders, simultaneously executing Zefr's long term strategic vision as well as delivering short term wins. What you will do Work with SVP, Business Development to continuously develop, prioritize, and execute partnership strategy, including TAM and product-market fit analysis. Engage with Zefr Product leadership to effectively advocate for partner requirements, leading partner Quarterly Business Reviews to align market trends as well as shared goals and opportunities. Identify new partners to grow Zefr's solutions across products and markets and drive internal alignment to execute deals to completion Develop strategic agency holding company relationships across Digital Standards, Analytics, Activation, Partnership, and Product teams, unlocking commercial opportunities as well as insight into agency priorities for their clients Who you are 7
years of demonstrated excellence and achieving results in business development or partnership roles Strong understanding of advertising technology, data, and verification services Deep knowledge of the global agency model, video landscape, and ad tech ecosystem, with strong preference for experience working in Adtech or the Advertising industry. Skilled in establishing trusted relationships, navigating a large partner organization, and driving strategic deals to a close under a tight timeline Experience, familiarity and comfort partnering with product teams to jointly drive efforts forward Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution How to be successful Demonstrate strong analytical skills and technical competency by seamlessly interfacing with Sales, Marketing, Product and Executive-level contacts at the partner companies. Think both tactically and strategically, able to help shape and execute Zefr's partnership strategy with agency holding companies, technology, data, and media partners to enhance our publisher services Be effective navigating a large organization, successfully building relationships across hierarchical levels from executive to field level Strong understanding of the video advertising platforms
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
