IT Cust Tech Support Project Manager
Description Providing support for installation, configuration and maintenance of surveillance video systems at all Publix retail and warehouse locations Providing project leadership by planning and assisting with the management, facilitation and execution of physical security systems projects for retail and support Creating and analyzing trending reports to identify potential areas for cost reduction including internal process changes and alternative sources for equipment and services Coordinating with vendors and contractors to schedule projects, ensuring timeline objectives and goals are met; evaluating and comparing services, as well as inspecting the project for quality assurance Serving as a liaison with internal and external resources such as technology service providers, manufacturers, internal user groups (Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Risk Management, Real Estate, Loss Prevention) and technical support Reviewing, developing, and administering supplier contracts while working with internal business partners to provide optimal contract terms for Publix Work directly with the service vendors for invoicing, system support management and incident resolution Required Qualifications Associates degree in or equivalent experience in a related field of voice/data communications, Electronics, Project Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration At least 5
years' experience in Information Technology hardware and software solutions, project management and working with business accounting principles Minimum of three years' experience with vendor management Two years' experience with DVRs, NVRs, Video Management software and various cameras (analog and IP) Two Years' experience with loss prevention video surveillance Two Years' experience supporting a large number of remote locations Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to travel as least once a month as required Working knowledge of industry federal, state, local laws, regulations and ordinances Ability to multi-task several projects with minimal supervision Strong ability and experience developing and executing RFPs, writing proposals and recommendations, and preparing financial spreadsheets Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent analytical, problem solving and conflict management skills High degree of self-motivation, commitment and integrity Ability to interact effectively and appropriately with all levels of management and associates Ability to work well in a team environment Strong written and verbal skills, including presentation skills Good human relation skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team member) Obvious enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work Commitment to Publix and our Mission.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $150K
