SUMMARY The Administrative Project Manager ensures the timely accomplishment of all specified requirements and works with senior management to establish program priorities. This position assists the project manager in all administration functions and processes. Facilitates development of project plans and manages them from inception to completion. Monitors all moving parts of the project keeping them synchronized and moving forward. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for the integration of CNI Core Competencies into daily functions, including:

Coordinates internal resources for the flawless execution of projects. Coordinates monthly routine morale check in's with all team members and conducts check-ins with client stakeholders to assure team members are providing quality service and plan special project activities. Serves as mentor to team members and provides career guidance and performance feedback. Works to develop future leaders within the team by identifying special projects within scope that team members can participate in to gain new experiences and further support the FAA's mission. Maintains team organization charts, and ISO QMS required documents and portal team site pages. Participates in communications team monthly excellence meetings sharing best practices and participating in team communications planning. Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Prepares, organizes and distributes all necessary project materials. Assists in preparing for meetings with all relevant stakeholders. Ensures resource availability and allocation. Develops a detailed project/work plan to monitor and track progress. Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to any training made available by the company. Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor's instruction in such a way as to maximize output. Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and coworkers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and Human Resources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions as the best of own ability. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree and ten years of relevant experience.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
