Job Description The primary function of the Director of Leadership Development is to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership programs for Westgate Resorts. This role will partner with business leaders and stakeholder to deliver best-in-class comprehensive leadership and management development training. The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high energy, collaborative leader who has experience working with leaders at all levels and a proven track record of building a progressive leadership development strategy. Responsibilities Designs and coordinates the delivery of leadership development programs including the newly designed LeAD program, Manager in Training (MIT), Mindful Leader, etc. Facilitate leadership development and conduct individual coaching and mentoring at the senior leader level Develops leadership competency models and behaviors, succession plans and career pathing Acts as coach and mentor to senior leaders Facilitate senior leader training sessions, in person and remotely Champion the development of high potentials and high performers in all functional areas and ensure the development and follow through of professional developmental plans Develops the selection criteria for each leadership program and oversees the selection process for the participants Develops and embeds practices of state-of-the-art succession planning that lead to high performing leaders and individual career development Drives the success of talent leadership programs by developing and/or continually enhancing specific programs to transition leaders into roles of greater responsibility. Establishes an internal level of expertise, standardization and implementation of assessment processes, methodologies and tools to assure leadership bench strength. Track and drive measures of success/impact such as:
business results, ROI, enhanced talent pipeline, retention and new behaviors clearly demonstrated Advocates for leadership development as a core commitment and practice within Westgate Resorts Presents, teaches and facilitates leadership and organizational programs using a variety of instructional techniques and interactive activities to meet the needs of the adult learner Uses cost/benefit analysis and ROI principles to determine feasibility and value of new and/or ongoing programs and services to meet organizational goals and initiatives Promotes associate accountability and competency through leadership and management practices Qualifications Experienced in executive coaching, senior leadership development, team coaching and group facilitation Able to interact with senior leaders at a peer level and willing to listen, learn, ask the relevant questions to determine the core issues in an organization Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred Experience working in hospitality industry and partnering with Resorts Ops, F&B and Corporate departmental leadership Knowledge of personality and leadership assessment methodology and adult learning theory is beneficial Previous experience in learning design and improvement development and who can demonstrate previous success with growing leadership strategies in a client-focused environment Strong analytical thinking Highly skilled executive facilitation experience Additional Information Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, organizational development psychology, or a related field is required Master's degree or higher is preferred 7

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
