Job Description Westgate Resorts is seeking a Manager of Team Member Engagement that will be responsible for developing and managing the Westgate's team member engagement strategy. The individual will create programs to improve engagement and manage a variety of programs designed to foster it, such as team member recognition programs and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated passion for building innovative programs focused on creating and maintaining a positive employee experience for our team members and leaders. Responsibilities Delivers end-to-end inspiring team member engagement programs and campaigns that ensure our team members feel heard and seen, and champion Westgate's corporate core values. Designs and owns the centralized on-boarding experience that welcome, excite and educate new team members Design and implement marketing campaigns for all team member engagement initiatives and partner with existing marketing structures/roles and operators for implementation Oversee all facets of video and digital content development related to team member engagement initiatives Establishes cross-departmental team member council to actualize the best ideas from highly engaged team members Gathers, analyses, and presents key team member engagement metrics that help support the delivery of key initiatives Leads the analysis of existing communications channels and engagement programs to make informed recommendations for improvement Manages and enhances internal communications channels, including Westgate Insider and shares company news in engaging ways Identifies and facilitates virtual events and activities for our remote teams that drive engagement and reinforce culture Assists with the administration and internal communications efforts of team member engagement surveys and the implementation of action plans driven by survey findings Establishes communications strategies and tools that streamline sharing of information, processes, and best practices Builds and fosters relationships across business functions and locations Works with senior leaders to develop strategies and demonstrable links between engagement and their strategic goals Develops best practices in communications, helping Westgate tell its story across all relevant platforms (e.g., intranet, email, podcasts, webinars, in-person meetings, etc.) Assists the Director of Organizational Development with enterprise-wide change initiatives aimed at supporting team member engagement and culture. Identifies and executes communication opportunities to articulate Westgate's unique employment value proposition and culture Works closely with Talent Acquisition team to ensure engagement strategies are embedded in recruitment strategy Identifies new and emerging trends in outreach and engagement to better engage communities both internal and external Evaluates partner opportunities with new and existing organizations, making recommendations to senior leadership for current and future engagement opportunities Promotes a culture of safety and exhibit proper safety behaviors Qualifications Experience in designing and deploying employee surveys and/or facilitation of company-wide post survey action planning Ability to build relationships and gain the confidence of key stakeholders and team members Previous experience working in hospitality or service-related industries Excellent data driven analytical decision making and problem-solving skills Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills that are clear, concise and direct, with a keen attention to detail. Professional, outgoing and engaging personality Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field 4

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
