Position Summary The primary responsibility of this position is to plan, organize, and manage activities related to manufacturing (fabrication, operations, and assembly). Duties & Responsibilities ESSENTIAL Drive continuous improvement through use of Root Cause Corrective Action tools and the implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts. Improve performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials, and personnel, ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets. Review production schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning staffing requirements, work procedures, and work assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints. Set and monitor production standards to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality, are delivered on time, and meet budget requirements. Develop and implement production tracking and quality control reporting systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems. Prepare and maintain production and status reports. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, observes and follows safety policies, wears appropriate and prescribed personal protective equipment as required. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has direct supervisory responsibilities. Reporting Relationship Reports to the Director of Operations, Entertainment Systems Qualifications REQUIRED Bachelor of Science Degree plus a minimum ten (10) years manufacturing experience encompassing fabrication, assembly, and test; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five (5) years management/supervisory experience Fundamental understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Flow/Cellular manufacturing Proficiency with MS Office Working knowledge of PeopleSoft or other ERP systems Understanding of the logic of MRP and operations scheduling Working knowledge of Enovia or similar document management software. PREFEERD Experience managing multi-site operations Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles and practices
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Engineering Management, Industrial EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
