Responsibilities:
Manages and oversees all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Minimum Requirements:
Seven (7) years of experience in contracts of similar size, scope, and technical difficulty Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Bachelor in Business or related discipline Documented success in problem solving and conflict resolution Capability to communicate orally and written with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Ability to communicate at senior levels with both internal and external customers Active TS/SCI clearance is required Preferred Special
Qualifications:

$100K -- $150K
