Responsibilities:
The Program Manager (PM) will be managing an Technology development contract. As the PM, the ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor's senior management. They will directly contribute to program efforts in several areas to include cost, schedule, and scope; contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. In this role, the PM will ensure proper performance of tasks necessary to efficiently and effectively execute the contract. The PM shall utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents. The PM will develop strong customer relationships to understand needs, maximize customer satisfaction, and identify new opportunities and manage team members to include interviewing and selecting new team members and conducting performance reviews. The ideal candidate will be able to communication at high levels with internal and external customers. Minimum Requirements:
Ten (10) years of experience in contracts of similar size, scope, and technical difficulty Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related discipline Experience in managing programs valued at over $20M a year or greater in size utilizing earned value management, Managing Scaled Agile DevOps programs, Managing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and (Cost Plus Fixed Fee) CPFF contracts, and Managing multiple Task/Delivery Orders on a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Documented success in problem solving and conflict resolution Capability to coordinate work schedules/assignments of contractor employees Capability to communicate orally and written with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Ability to manage large dispersed site teams Ability to communicate at senior levels with both internal and external customers Active TS/SCI is required Preferred Special
Qualifications:
