Site Supervisor

4 Corner Resources is seeking a Temporary Site Supervisor supporting project closeout activities on a healthcare construction project. This role acts as a second set of eyes on-site, ensuring quality, completion, and coordination across low-voltage systems and trade partners. Strong focus on QA/QC, punch list completion, and installation verification.
Site Supervisor
Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Supervisor with daily on-site coordination and oversight
• Monitor and verify installation of low-voltage systems, including structured cabling, Access control systems, DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems), RTLS (Real-Time Location Systems) and AV systems and station infrastructure
• Perform QA/QC checks to ensure installations meet project specifications and standards
• Assist with punch list tracking, issue resolution, and project closeout activities
• Coordinate with subcontractors and trade partners to maintain timelines and quality expectations
• Identify potential issues early and escalate as needed to leadership
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and OSHA compliance on-site

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Supervisor or similar field leadership role
• Experience working with low-voltage systems (structured cabling, access control, or similar)
• Proven experience in QA/QC within construction or installation environments
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (OSHA 10 required at minimum)
• Experience coordinating subcontractors or trade partners on active job sites
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and installation plans

• Experience on healthcare or hospital construction projects
• Exposure to DAS, RTLS, or AV system installations
• Experience supporting project closeout or punch list phases
• Background working on large-scale construction projects alongside general contractors

• Location:
  Orlando, FL (fully onsite)
• Schedule:
  Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (flexibility to stay later as needed)
• Duration:
  Contract, approximately up to 6 months (project closeout phase)
• Compensation:
  Starting in the $33-$38/hour range
