This is an excellent career opportunity for an individual who has originating residential mortgage loan experience. Company is a direct lender with a wide variety of loan products. Responsibilities:
Meet with loan applicants and gather information needed for loan application
Determine loan qualifying status by analyzing financial and credit status of the applicants
Explain loan products available and credit options available
Develop new business through marketing, cold calling, prospecting, and networking activities
Work closely with entire staff - underwriters and processors - make certain process flows efficiently for timely closing of the loans
Requirements:
Two years minimum mortgage origination experience
Keep up to date on government regulations and company procedures regarding lending
Ability to deal with stressful situations, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Professional customer service attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets
Strong math and analytical skills

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
