The Andrey Bustamante Team is seeking to hire a customer service representative to follow up with prospective homebuyers and sellers who have expressed an interest in buying or selling real estate in the Orlando Market.
You'll call interested prospects on the phone, ask what type of home they are looking for, and then set an appointment for a licensed representative to show them 2-3 homes in our local community which fit their criteria.
No experience necessary. All training provided.
If you love working with people and have a passion for homes (maybe you really enjoy watching HGTV) we would love to visit with you!
You'll receive plenty of training to understand our local Orlando housing market so you're confident speaking with potential homebuyers. You'll also enjoy lots of social interaction, teamwork, community and involvement with our team so you enjoy coming to work everyday!

In a typical day you'll speak with 20-30 potential clients on the phone a day.
You'll arrive at work at 8:
00am sharp and proceed to your desk (which you can customize however you like so you LOVE your work environment) to follow up by phone, email, and text with overnight visitors to our website to identify who may be looking to buy or sell a home.
Once you reach someone on the phone, you'll ask simple questions we'll provide to you to determine their need and motivation level.
If they are interested in actually buying or selling, you'll notify a senior licensed representative to arrange a time for a consultation.
