We are looking for someone who is: self-motivated, enthusiastic, ethical, honest, a team player, committed to personal and professional growth through education and constant learning, coachable and willing to be led, driven to succeed, and techie.

We have sold over 1000 homes in the past 4 years for more than $100 million in volume and we're setting the bar even higher this year. We spend hundreds of thousands of dollars every year on marketing to generate opportunities for our team of agents. Our aggressive marketing plan which consists of TV Advertising, Billboards, radio endorsements through Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, our own Real Estate radio show on News 96.5 WDBO, social media, SEO and sign calls on more than 75 listings -- is driving more leads than we can effectively manage. Therefore, we have immediate opportunities for the right people.
Our team and company are not for everyone, but if you're selected, you will receive coaching/training, sales support, transaction management support, tons of leads and an extra push when needed. We have a fun office environment with everything you need to be successful.but how successful will ultimately depend on you. In this role, you will be working exclusively with home buyers that we generate and provide to you. As we grow there will be numerous positions and opportunities for people committed to our company, their success and our culture.
Must have a Florida real estate license. 1-3 years of experience is preferred but only if you're coachable and willing to commit to how we sell real estate. If you're looking for somewhere to just hang your license and do your own thing -- sorry this is not the place to do it.
