The ARC Coordinator is responsible for following processes adopted by the Board of Directors to monitor standards as set forth within the community Guidelines to maintain, preserve, enhance and protect the property values and assets of the community. In addition, will serve as a back up to the covenant administrator as needed. This position reports directly to the Community Association Manager.

Responsibilities:
ARC Inspections
Inspect properties to view and take pictures of paint samples that homeowners have made a request for repainting.
Monthly inspections of properties that requested approved changes from one year earlier to see if work was completed or properties where homeowners have turned in a completion certificate.
Update appropriate spreadsheets and ARC Notes.
ARC Meetings
Assemble agenda/meeting packages for two evening ARC monthly meetings and two daytime ARC monthly meeting.
Correspond with prior town architect for applications.
Post meeting notices
Take minutes of meeting and distribute to ARC for approval.
Update appropriate spreadsheets and ARC Notes approval/denial of meeting minutes.
Type approval/denial letters and stamp all appropriate documents after the meeting.
Other
Provide appropriate paperwork, guidance and meeting information to all homeowners requesting to make changes to their property.
Update ARC tracking spreadsheet.
Answer questions from owners about any correspondence pertaining to ARC Process via phone, email or in person.
Serve as backup to Covenants Administration
Order paint samples as needed to maintain paint color books.
Update property photos in system
Safety

Ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
Staff must follow a safety first principle.
Customer Service
Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to convey under all circumstances.
Respond to emails and phone calls within 1 business day.
Work with residents and owners to find solutions to problems/issues as they arise.
