Holiday Decor Project Manager
Orlando's premier Floral Design and Interiorscape Foliage provider is looking for an experienced Holiday D cor design and installation supervisor to organize the completion of all holiday projects including new projects as well as ensure that all refurbishment of existing d cor is completed.
JOB SUMMARY
Organize the completion of all holiday projects including new projects as well as ensure that all refurbishment of existing d cor is completed, labeled and ready to be installed. Coordinate all installs with contacts and oversees all aspects of installation and take down.
To perform the role of a Holiday D cor supervisor successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Managing a design and installation team of up to (25) associates.
Schedule the completion of all refurbishment on existing d cor as well as the purchasing and design of all new product to be installed.
Coordinate all installs with contacts and oversees all aspects of installation and take down.
Purchasing of all design elements from floral to ribbon to wreaths, trees etc.
Coordinate installs with clients.
Schedules crews for installs and strikes as well as equipment rentals.
Ensure that the finished product is of good quality and designs meet company standards.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and to determine the consequences when making decisions.
Experience in purchasing holiday d cor on the commercial level and in large quantities, as well as knowledge of different holiday vendors.
Must be detail oriented and organized.
RECOMMENDED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
At least 3-5 years experience working in the holiday d cor industry with at least 1 year supervisory or management experience in the industry.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Willing to work overtime, some holidays and weekends as business requires.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
