Director of Marketing
We're looking for a smart, fun, ambitious team player to join our fast-growing marketing team. The Marketing Associate is responsible for implementing marketing program tactics in support of The Closing Agent's clients. The Associate works closely with the Marketing Director to create marketing plans, execute on marketing tactics, and fulfill reporting requirements.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Implement and execute on marketing engagement programs we offer to our clients, such as email, direct mail, and website and intranet content.
Design and execute monthly client emails through an email automation tool
Design and execute weekly client surveys through an online survey tool
Develop and execute monthly marketing reports for clients, including managing and interpreting data from multiple sources
Create, update and refine marketing presentations and assets that guide our clients' engagement with their members
Participate in weekly client account management meetings
Manage vendors as needed to create marketing materials, including collateral distribution, email, video and reporting systems
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, ideally with a concentration in marketing, communications or business, with coursework in web, mobile, and social media marketing. Students are welcome to apply.
Experience with video production or editing, and/or with layout, and copywriting.
Either an exceptional record of hands on marketing activity as an undergraduate or up to 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience
Title Insurance or Legal industry and/or agency experience a plus
Familiarity with email automation, web and basic HTML, and SEO/SEM
All marketing disciplines with heavy emphasis on direct consumer marketing: email, social media, websites, mobile, events, direct mail, PR, collateral
Savvy user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and online Survey Tools
Strong analytical skills with a superior level of attention to detail and numeracy
Strong writing skills
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple clients

The Closing Agent is located in the Thornton Park neighborhood in downtown Orlando. The Closing Agent has an amazing culture and we pride ourselves on working hard but creating a fun, energetic environment. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
