Lifestyles Program Manager - Close to the Attractions Area
Lifestyle Program Coordinator
Applicant is responsible for implementation of various social and recreational programs.
Must be able to work extended hours including weekends, evenings and holidays as required.
Applicant must obtain Community Association Manager license at a mutually agreed upon time frame.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must arrange for social events such as receptions and special events.
Maintain appropriate records and files relative to available resources, programs, expenditures, and other matters involved in the successful completion of activities.
Nights and Weekends are required
Perform related work as required
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Knowledge of the techniques in planning and implementing social and recreational programs.
Ability to plan and organize a variety of programs for groups of various sizes.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to speak effectively before large groups of people.
Ability to supervise the work of subordinates.
Ability to multi-task and organize is critical to the success of the position.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and Constant Contact
Must have a good driving record and be able to pass an MVR
