Sales Event Administrator

Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Handle logistics for distribution of trade show and other event materials - including graphic displays, promotional items, and travel arrangements
Effectively communicate with team members to address all event-related details
Process all marketing and event-related invoices
Build and maintain good rapport with personnel from various professional associations
Maintain database of events and run reports in ShowGo
Light receptionist duties including answering phones for Chief Sales Officer, greeting office guests, etc.
Job Requirements:
Must work well independently; able to tolerate fast-paced environment; able to multi-task and prioritize
Being self-directed and flexible is a must as this is a new position that will evolve with time
Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, and communication skills
Knowledge of shipping/freight logistics with providers like FedEx
Must be proficient in MS Suite
