You will focus heavily on administrative work including vendor contracts, data entry, keeping track of renovation projects, communicating and meeting with vendors on site and more. Managing a high volume work load, not settling for OK, keeping up with our pace, thinking outside of the box, and handing anything else that we throw at youis pretty hard. A bit more about what you're going to do:
o We work hard and fast. We need you to keep up, support us in any way possible and produce excellence.
o We have a lot of communities throughout Florida with several projects going on. You will help the Regional Director keep track of capital/renovation projects, and more.
o You will regularly communicate with vendors, and will be asked to meet with them onsite.
o There will always be a lot of projects going on and we will rely on you to stay organized.
Are you what we're looking for?
o Ideally, you have a background in administrative work and have been really great at it.
o If you have a background in maintenance, facilities or construction, that's super helpful!
o You need to be fanatical about providing the best customer service. That's the essence of our business!
o Soft skills! Don't be robotic. You've got to be able to build rapport, inspire trust and confidence, and bring problems to resolutions in the interest of both the employee and the business.
o Be flexible. Sometimes the solution to the problem isn't very obvious.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
